Job Description:
Looking for an SAP S/4HANA Sales & Distribution (SD) skilled with hands-on knowledge of Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes, Reverse Logistics, and Export Sales workflows. The candidate should be capable of supporting senior consultants in designing, configuring,



and documenting business process flows within SAP S/4HANA.Key Responsibilities:
Understand and support end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes:
Sales Order ManagementDelivery ProcessingShipping & TransportationBilling and InvoicingCustomer Payments and Returns
Support Reverse Logistics processes including returns, refunds, replacements, and credit/debit note management.Assist in Export Sales process design, including international shipping, export documentation, customs, and compliance requirements.Work with senior consultants to design, document, and optimize SAP S/4HANA SD business process flows.Participate in requirement gathering, configuration support, testing, and user training activities.Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as MM, FI, WM/EWM, and Logistics.
