Senior Associate, Talent Management, University Relations – Intern Program
What you will do




Let’s do this. Let’s change the world. In this vital role you will manage Amgen’s intern program end to end as part of the University Relations team, creating a structured, engaging, and high-impact experience for interns from Day 1 onboarding through program completion and exit. You will partner closely with hiring managers, business leaders, Talent Acquisition, HR partners, and university stakeholders to ensure interns are aligned to meaningful projects, receive timely support, and experience Amgen’s mission, culture, and career opportunities in a compelling way.
You will play a key role in strengthening Amgen’s early talent pipeline by driving intern program operations, development experiences, bootcamps, evaluations, engagement activities, and employer branding initiatives such as intern testimonials and program success stories.
