Availability: Full-time work, 5 days a week with 9.5-hour shifts, and 2 days OFF
Pay Expectation: Base: $16.000 + Bonus potential: $4.000 - Up to $20,000 MXP Monthly

Education: High school diploma or GED required
Language: Fluent in English, Spanish
Typing Skills: Ability to type 30 words per minute
Technical Proficiency: This position requires you to toggle back and forth between multiple systems while communicating with the customer. You will need to have intermediate/advanced technical proficiency and call center experience
