The opportunity

We are seeking an AI/GenAI Senior with 4–8 years of overall qualified experience, including hands-on experience in AI/ML, Generative AI, RAG architectures, Conversational AI, AI agents, and enterprise AI solution delivery. The ideal candidate will contribute to the design, development, testing, deployment, and support of scalable AI solutions while working closely with architects, managers, engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders.
The role requires robust technical execution, problem-solving skills,



and the ability to translate business requirements into practical AI solution components. The candidate should have experience working on AI-powered solutions such as RAG applications, copilots, conversational AI platforms, knowledge management solutions, automation workflows, and AI agents, while following quality, security, Responsible AI, and performance guidelines.
The individual will support AI quality, validation, and operational readiness activities to help ensure reliable, secure, and scalable AI and GenAI implementations across client engagements.
Important: Hands-on experience contributing to AI solutions in enterprise, pre-production, or production environments is required. Certifications, personal projects, and demos alone are not sufficient.
Application Guidance: Candidates should be able to explain at least one or two AI/GenAI implementations, including the business use case, their contribution, technical approach, and outcomes.
