* Responsible to prepare BMR format for current product master card receive.




* Ensure all necessary safety precautions while performing tasks of production
department.
* Ensure timely calibration of all production instruments.
* Raise all kind of production departments’ resource requirement to Sr. Manager
– Pilot Plant
* Generate the Engineering data from scaleup lab to minimize the risk failure
at the commercial scale.
* Batch Planning and Execution as per production plan.
* Responsible for creating work environment of “teamwork “in pilot plant.
* Responsible for maintaining effective housekeeping in department.
* To Implement cost effective measures in the pilot plant
* Implement measures for improving department efficiency.
* Maintain all documents as per GMP compliance.
* Plan and assign daily job duties to workers.
* Follow all the SOPs of the department.
* To provide training to workers and employees
* Raw material and packing material management as per requirement of production
plan
