About you on this role
The ISC Improvement Leader is responsible for defining and leading the end-to-end improvement strategy across Integrated Supply Chain and Customer Service operations, with accountability for delivering sustained impact on service performance, cost-to-serve, working capital, and operational reliability, including enabling business growth, improving profitability,



and strengthening customer outcomes through supply chain excellence.
Operating as an integral member of the regional leadership team, this role plays a key role in shaping and driving business and operating priorities, influencing operating strategy, and ensuring alignment between commercial objectives and supply chain execution. The role drives transformation at scale by translating strategic priorities into a structured improvement portfolio, governing execution, and ensuring disciplined implementation and sustainment.
Working closely with Operations Leadership, Commercial Excellence, Planning, Logistics, Digital, Capability, Quality, and IT teams, including engagement with global and regional leadership on strategic supply chain priorities, the ISC Improvement Leader sets direction, establishes governance, and drives decision-making across complex, multi-boundary initiatives.
