About the role:
Own enterprise-wide implementation leadership for the GSQ Global Capability Model across priority functions, processes, and locations in alignment with enterprise standards.
Convert GSQ and enterprise GCM strategy into cross-functional implementation plans, deployment waves, governance, and delivery milestones.
Ensure successful transition, stabilization, and scaling of work into GCCs with measurable outcomes across service, quality, compliance, cost, and sustainability.
