Sr. Gas Engineer (Facilities Operations)
Position: Gas Engineer – Facilities Operations
Purpose
Responsible for the secure, reliable, and efficient operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of facility gas systems supporting manufacturing and utility operations.
Key Responsibilities
Operate, monitor, and maintain facility gas generation, storage, and distribution systems.
Manage LN₂ (Liquid Nitrogen), N₂ (Nitrogen), CO₂ (Carbon Dioxide), O₂ (Oxygen), CDA (Clean Dry Air), Argon, Hydrogen, Helium, and other specialty gas systems.
Ensure uninterrupted gas supply to production and facility operations.
Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance of gas systems.
Monitor gas purity, pressure, flow, and consumption.
Troubleshoot gas system alarms, leaks,



and operational issues.
Support commissioning, qualification, and expansion of gas infrastructure.
Ensure compliance with EHS, LOTO, PTW, and hazardous gas handling requirements.
Maintain operational records, SOPs, calibration, and maintenance documentation.
Person should have proficiency in using Gen AI Tools, Copilot, Copilot library & Agent bots.
Qualifications
B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Chemical, Instrumentation, or related Engineering discipline.
