We are looking for enthusiastic and patient-focused Lifestyle Educators to support patients in their health and wellness journey. This is a field-based role involving patient education, diet counseling, treatment support, and coordination with doctors and OPD teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Educate patients about the program journey and benefits.
- Assist patients with program enrollment through website links or WhatsApp QR codes.
- Counsel patients on nutrition, healthy lifestyle habits, and self-care practices.
- Guide patients on injection/pen usage techniques.
- Create personalized diet charts based on patient requirements.
- Coordinate with doctors and OPD teams.
- Address patient queries related to diet and lifestyle management.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and ensure patient engagement.
- Maintain patient records and updates in Google Sheets.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Graduate in Nutrition, Dietetics, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, Physiotherapy, or related healthcare fields.
- Strong communication and counseling skills.
- Comfortable with field work and patient interaction.
- Male and female candidates can apply; male candidates preferred.
- Candidates owning a two-wheeler (bike) will be preferred.
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets/MS Excel.
