About the Role

Ubitter Technologies is looking for a skilled and creative Light Designing Engineer with experience in DIALux and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) coordination. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing lighting layouts, performing illumination calculations, and designing energy-efficient lighting solutions for commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare lighting designs and layouts using DIALux Evo.
- Perform illumination calculations in compliance with relevant lighting standards.
- Develop lighting proposals based on client requirements and project specifications.
- Coordinate with MEP consultants, architects, and project engineers for design integration.
- Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities), lighting schedules, and technical documentation.
- Review architectural and electrical drawings to ensure compatibility with lighting designs.
- Recommend suitable LED lighting products based on project requirements.
- Support the sales and project execution teams with technical lighting solutions.




- Revise designs based on client feedback and site conditions.
- Ensure all lighting designs meet quality, safety, and energy-efficiency standards.

Required Skills
- Proficiency in DIALux Evo.
- Good knowledge of MEP coordination and electrical systems.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural, electrical, and MEP drawings.
- Knowledge of lighting standards and illumination calculations.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Qualifications
- B.Tech/B.E. or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in lighting design.
- Experience in commercial, industrial, or infrastructure lighting projects is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in LED lighting design and energy-efficient lighting solutions.
- Knowledge of Indian and international lighting standards.
- Experience coordinating with consultants, architects, and project teams.
