Liaisoning Officer Travel & Government

We are looking for an experienced Liaisoning Officer Travel & Government to work in close coordination with the Promoter. This is a high-trust, high-visibility role requiring someone who can seamlessly manage private jet/charter travel arrangements, government and regulatory liaisoning, and end-to-end logistics for the Promoter's domestic and international movements.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end booking and coordination of private jets/charters, including operator selection, aircraft availability, permits, and cost negotiation.

Liaise with FBOs (Fixed Base Operators), charter companies, and airport authorities for slot approvals, landing/parking permissions, and ground handling.

Coordinate customs, immigration, and security clearances for domestic and international private jet travel.

Handle hotel bookings, ground transport, security detail coordination,



and itinerary planning for the Promoter's trips.

Maintain relationships with airport operations teams, DGCA/AAI officials, and charter operators for smooth, on-demand execution

Manage documentation such as passports, visas, permits, and travel-related paperwork.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred: Aviation, Business Administration, or related field).

5+ years of experience in a similar liaisoning/travel desk role, with prior hands-on experience in private jet/charter booking being mandatory.

Ability to work under pressure and manage last-minute changes calmly and efficiently; willingness to travel and be on-call as required.

Robust command of English and Tamil (Hindi is an added advantage)
