TAXSCAN is a Content Curation Platform and Continuing Education Platform for Finance and Tax Professionals and Fintech Ecosystem. We provide access to all Judgments, Orders, Notifications, Circulars from Supreme Court, High Courts, Income Tax Tribunals, CESTATs, Advance Ruling Authorities, and Central & State Departments. TAXSCAN was established in 2017 by a group of Lawyers and IT Professionals.

Key Responsibilities

- Report tax judgments of Supreme Court & High Courts
- Report orders of ITAT, CESTAT, AAR, AAAR, GSTAT, MCA adjudication, NCLT, NCLAT, IBBI, DRT, DRAT
- Report notifications, circulars.. etc related to tax, finance and industry and commerce related.
- Article writing on tax areas.
- Research
- Other related works allocated

Qualifications:





- Currently pursuing (in 5 year LLB and in 3 year LLB)
- Robust writing and editing skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to research and synthesize complex legal and tax information into clear, accessible content.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
- An attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt continuously.
- Active team participation and collaboration.
