As a Legal Recruitment Consultant, you will partner with law firms, corporate legal departments, and legal service providers across the United States to identify, engage, and place top legal professionals, including Attorneys, Partners, Associates, Paralegals, Legal Assistants, Compliance Professionals, Contract Managers, and other legal talent.

This role is ideal for someone with strong recruiting experience, a consultative approach, and a passion for delivering outstanding results for both clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for Attorneys, Partners, Associates, Paralegals, Legal Assistants, Compliance Professionals, Contract Managers, and other legal professionals.
- Source, engage, and assess top legal talent through direct outreach, networking, referrals, market mapping, and talent pipelines.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with law firms, corporate legal departments, legal service providers, and legal professionals across the United States.
- Partner with clients to understand their hiring needs and deliver strategic recruitment solutions.
- Coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and manage the hiring process through successful placement while ensuring an exceptional client and candidate experience.
- Manage multiple searches simultaneously while maintaining accurate records in the ATS and recruiting platforms.
- Stay current on US legal hiring trends,



practice areas, compensation benchmarks, and market conditions.
- Build long-term relationships with active and passive legal professionals to develop a strong talent pipeline.

Qualifications:
- 3+ years of legal recruiting experience in the US market.
- Proven success placing Attorneys, Partners, Associates, Paralegals, Legal Assistants, Compliance Professionals, Contract Managers, and other legal professionals.
- Strong experience sourcing and recruiting passive legal talent through direct outreach, networking, referrals, and market mapping.
- Solid understanding of the US legal industry, law firm structures, legal practice areas, and attorney hiring processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple high-priority searches while delivering an outstanding client and candidate experience.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to serve as a trusted advisor to clients and candidates.
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, and other modern recruiting tools.
- Highly organized, results-driven, and comfortable working in a performance-based environment.
