Key Responsibilities

- Drafting, reviewing, and vetting commercial contracts, agreements, and internal policies

- Conducting legal research on corporate, labour, environmental, and automotive regulations

- Supporting compliance processes, regulatory filings, and internal audits

- Assisting in due diligence and risk assessment for ongoing business projects

- Preparing case briefs, legal summaries, and maintaining documentation/records

Candidate Profile

- Pursuing LL.B. (3rd year ,4th year) or LL.M. from a reputed institution

- Strong capabilities in legal research, drafting, and compliance

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Prior internship experience in a corporate legal team or law firm (preferred)
