Legal Associate (1 Year Contract) (Male candidates)
Location: Ahmedabad /Surat /Rajkot, Chennai , Bangalore.
Qualification: Bachelors degree in law (L.L.B/ master’s in law)
Salary: 5LPA to 8LPA
Experience
- 3 plus years of legal experience, preferably in banking, NBFCs, or recovery law firms covering SARFAESI Act, Cheque bounce cases, Banking litigation, compliance and documentation.
- Enrolled with the Bar Council of India
- In-depth knowledge of SARFAESI Act, NI Act, DRT Act, CPC, CrPC, and RBI norms.
- Solid drafting, legal research, and analytical skills.
- Willingness to travel for court hearings or property possession drives.
- Proficiency in maintaining case MIS, legal dashboards, and internal reporting.
