We are looking for a passionate Learning & Development professional to support training and capability-building initiatives across the automotive and electric vehicle (EV) domain. The role involves designing, coordinating, and executing effective learning programs to enhance technical knowledge, product understanding, and operational skills of employees and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong training coordination abilities, and the capability to engage with diverse audiences. The role will work closely with internal teams, trainers, and business stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of automotive and EV training programs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, coordinate, and execute automotive and EV-focused training programs.
- Support end-to-end training activities including scheduling, participant coordination, training logistics, and feedback collection.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and business teams to ensure effective learning delivery.
- Facilitate training sessions and support trainers in creating an engaging learning setting.
- Maintain training records, MIS reports, attendance data, and learning documentation.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support digital learning initiatives and adoption of learning platforms.
- Build strong relationships with employees, dealerships, and stakeholders to drive learning engagement.

Candidate Profile:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good presentation and facilitation skills.
- Experience in Learning & Development, training coordination, or employee capability development.
- Ability to manage multiple training activities and stakeholders.
- Interest or exposure to automotive, automobile technology, or electric vehicle (EV) ecosystem will be preferred.




- Good organizational skills with attention to detail and execution excellence.
