Job Title: Academic Advisor

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 26 Years

Key Responsibilities:

- Guide and support students throughout their academic journey.

- Handle student queries via calls, emails, and chat.

- Track academic progress and ensure timely completion of academic requirements.

- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve student issues.

- Drive student satisfaction, semester re-registrations, and program completion.

- Manage inbound and outbound student interactions.

Requirements:

- Postgraduate degree in Management, Commerce, Journalism, MCA, or IT.

- 2–6 years of experience in student counselling, academic advising, or customer support.

- Valuable communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

- Basic knowledge of CRM/ticketing tools and MS Excel.

- Willing to work weekends on a rotational basis.
