Role Description The Lead Verification Specialist is responsible for reviewing, validating, and qualifying incoming leads to ensure they meet campaign-specific criteria and compliance standards. Day-to-day tasks include contacting leads when needed, confirming key eligibility details, documenting verification outcomes in internal systems, and flagging any inconsistencies or potential fraud. The role collaborates closely with operations and campaign managers to optimize lead quality and provide feedback on lead sources and performance trends.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lucknow, requiring consistent attendance, adherence to performance metrics, and accurate record-keeping.



The position also involves following defined scripts and guidelines, maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information, and contributing to process improvements for the verification team.

Qualifications

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in validating lead information, with the ability to follow structured verification procedures and compliance guidelines.

Effective communication skills, including clear spoken and written English, active listening, and a professional phone manner when interacting with leads and internal stakeholders.

Basic data entry and computer skills, including the ability to work with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and online lead management platforms.

Problem-solving and analytical skills to identify patterns, detect potentially invalid or fraudulent leads, and escalate issues appropriately.

Ability to work on-site in Lucknow in a full-time capacity, manage time efficiently, and meet quality and productivity targets in a fast-paced environment.

Previous experience in lead verification, call centers, customer service, or performance marketing environments is preferred but not mandatory.

High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
