The Impact You Will Make In this role, you will design, build, and scale high-performance backend systems and cloud-native platforms using Golang and modern distributed systems technologies.

You will work on engineering complex, data-intensive products that directly create measurable value for enterprise customers.

Your work will involve building scalable APIs, distributed services, event-driven systems, reliable data pipelines, and high-throughput backend components that support AI-native SaaS products.

You will also contribute to architectural decisions, system design, performance optimization, and engineering best practices across the platform.

What You'll Do

- Provide technical leadership for backend engineering initiatives and projects.
- Own the architecture and design of large-scale distributed systems.
- Create and review High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) documents.




- Drive architecture decisions balancing scalability, reliability, security, and cost.
- Lead design reviews, architecture reviews, and technical governance processes.
- Mentor and coach engineers across multiple experience levels.
- Establish engineering best practices, coding standards, and development guidelines.
- Perform thorough code reviews and ensure code quality across teams.
- Partner with Product Managers, Architects, QA, DevOps, and stakeholders to deliver business outcomes.
- Drive technical roadmap planning and technology adoption decisions.
- Lead performance optimization, reliability improvements, and production readiness reviews.
- Own incident management, root cause analysis, and preventive action planning.
- Champion observability, monitoring, logging, tracing, and operational excellence.
- Guide capacity planning, resiliency strategies, and disaster recovery planning.
- Support hiring, technical interviews, onboarding, and team development initiatives.

What Lands You In This Role

- Expert-level proficiency in Go (Golang).
- Strong expertise in Data Structures, Algorithms, and System Design.
- Hands-on experience creating High-Level Designs (HLD) and Low-Level Designs (LLD).
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
- Advanced knowledge of concurrency, scalability, and fault-tolerant system design.
- Strong expertise in API design (REST, gRPC)



and integration patterns.
- Experience with cloud-native architectures, Kubernetes, containers, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong knowledge of observability, monitoring, logging, and distributed tracing.
- Excellent mentoring, stakeholder management, and technical leadership skills.
- Ability to influence architectural decisions and drive engineering excellence across teams.
