We are looking for lead of Platform Infrastructure to lead the team building our deployment substrate. You will own the entire architecture that takes our core Voice and

Vision models and ships them as scalable, hardened, and completely air-gapped systems.

Your immediate 6-month mandate is to establish an offline-first containerized architecture that runs our live spatial video analytics on localized Edge NVR turnkey hardware

(overseeing a hardware intern for third-party manufacturing) and secure client VPCs. Over the next 12 months, you will scale this platform to orchestrate our in-house, low-latency

Voice automation stack.

Core Responsibilities

Air-Gapped Architecture Design: Architect the infrastructure strategy for 100%

disconnected on-premises deployments at high-security facilities (ports, logistics hubs, factories).

Edge Integration Turnkey Boxing: Supervise the development and specification of our physical Edge NVR hardware offerings, ensuring seamless Ubuntu/Linux kernel-

level performance of our Edge relay software.

Offline Lifecycle Update Loops: Design and deploy automated, secure, offline update mechanisms (e.g., localized GitOps, encrypted package delivery) to refresh model weights and containers without an internet connection.





Local Telemetry Monitoring: Implement localized observability, logging, and performance tracking stacks (using tools like Prometheus, Loki, and Grafana) that live entirely within the clients secure local area network.

Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a hyper-focused team of Senior MLOps

Engineers, DevOps/Systems Engineers, and hardware interns, maintaining a quick-

shipping startup culture.

Required Technical Skillset Experience: 3+ years in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or Infrastructure, with at least

1 year in a leadership role managing technical infrastructure teams.

Containerization Orchestration: Master-level expertise in Kubernetes specifically lightweight and hardened distributions like K3s or RKE2and

Docker/Podman environments.

Offline Infrastructure Stacks: Proven experience setting up internal private registries

(Harbor), offline object storage (MinIO), and localized configuration management.

Networking Systems: Deep knowledge of Linux systems administration, low-level network security, firewalls, and video streaming architectures (RTSP/RTMP encoding pipelines).
