Key Responsibilities

Identify and onboard current clients, partners, and channel distributors within your region
Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, trade organizations, and government bodies
Develop go-to-market strategies to introduce MASGARTI's digital transformation, cloud, and blockchain solutions




Collaborate with the marketing and leadership teams to design region-specific campaigns
Represent MASGARTI at networking events, business summits, and trade expos
Track regional business trends, competitor insights, and emerging opportunities
Work closely with internal teams to convert leads into long-term partnerships
Prepare monthly reports on business development progress, challenges, and strategic recommendations

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
4–8 years of experience in B2B sales, partnerships, or business development
Proven track record of building networks in tech, SaaS, or consulting sectors
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Fluency in English; local language proficiency (Polish, Mandarin, Arabic, or French) is a plus
