About the Team:
ZF’s Aftermarket team ensures the availability of spare parts, repair solutions, and maintenance services for ZF products worldwide, supporting both passenger and commercial vehicles throughout their lifecycle. Beyond traditional parts supply, ZF Aftermarket focuses on digital solutions, predictive maintenance, and remanufacturing to extend product life, reduce downtime, and promote sustainability.

What you can look forward to as Trainee- Competitor Analysis:

Monitor and analyze competitor activities.
Conduct market and industry research to identify key trends, technology developments, regulatory changes, and aftermarket opportunities.
Develop competitive intelligence deliverables such as competitor profiles, benchmarking analyses, market assessments, dashboards, and management presentations.
Collect, organize, and maintain market intelligence data within internal databases, knowledge repositories, and monitoring tools.
Support strategic planning and growth initiatives through data gathering,



preliminary analysis, and scenario-planning activities.
Collaborate with global teams and contribute to process improvement, including the adoption of AI-enabled and digital intelligence solutions.

Your profile as Trainee- Competitor Analysis:

Course of study: Economics, Business Administration, or related fields master's or advanced bachelor's degree (or diploma course with completed intermediate diploma), ideally with a focus on the automotive industry
Fluency in written and spoken English
Knowledge of MS Office (esp. MS Excel), ideally basic knowledge of statistical and econometric applications and MS Power BI
Analytical thinking, attention to detail, team spirit
