As a SME, you will serve as the primary customer-facing representative, ensuring seamless delivery of Finance Operations services while building trusted relationships with customers. You will collaborate closely with internal FinOps teams and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver operational excellence, resolve customer challenges, and continuously enhance the customer experience.

This role requires solid customer management capabilities, Finance Operations expertise, and the ability to drive process improvements while delivering on key business and operational KPIs.
Key Responsibilities
Own end-to-end customer-facing Finance Operations activities, ensuring consistent delivery of service excellence and operational KPIs.
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, proactively managing relationships and resolving operational issues through close collaboration with internal FinOps teams.
Drive customer accountability by following up on customer-owned actions, ensuring timely completion of deliverables and minimizing operational delays.




Leverage Finance Operations expertise to support execution across processes while driving operational efficiency and performance.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Understand customer business requirements and translate insights into actionable improvements within the Customer Experience organization.
Ensure all services are delivered in line with Maersk's operational standards, compliance requirements, and customer commitments.
Collaborate across multiple products, functions, and regional teams to deliver integrated customer solutions and business outcomes.
Support commercial growth by contributing to pipeline management, identifying opportunities to enhance customer value, and strengthening customer engagement.
