Job Description
• Collaborate with HR and business leaders to develop and implement employee experience strategies;
• Conduct surveys and feedback sessions to gather insights on employee satisfaction and engagement levels;
• Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the employee experience;
• Provide guidance and support to managers on employee relations, performance management, and career development initiatives;
• Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee experience and promote a culture of continuous learning;
• Act as a trusted advisor to employees, offering confidential support and guidance on various work-related issues;
• Partner with cross-functional team
