We are seeking an IT Operations and Automation Specialist to manage secure, reliable and high-performing IT operations across infrastructure, applications, security, access management and service delivery. This role focuses on delivering effective end-user support, improving service reliability, driving standardisation, enabling zero-touch IT practices and supporting operational improvements through automation, monitoring tools and Power BI reporting. The role is based in Pune – SP Infocity and supports business stakeholders through IT service delivery, project coordination, vendor governance, risk management and data-driven decision-making.
