Roles & Responsibilities: Cutover Lead-• Own the end-to-end cutover strategy and plan for the finance workstream — task identification, sequencing, dependencies, timelines,



ownership and rollback/contingency planning• Plan and lead mock cutovers and dress rehearsals, capturing learnings and refining timings and the runbook for the final go-live• Lead and run the cutover command centre / control room during go-live — real-time tracking, checkpoint management, go/no-go inputs and escalation handling• Coordinate across functional, technical, data migration, infrastructure, testing and business teams, plus third-party vendors, to lock cutover sequencing and resolve conflicts• Maintain the master cutover runbook as a single source of truth and govern version control and signoffs • Manage cutover risks, issues and dependencies with explicit mitigation and decision logs• Provide leadership and stakeholder reporting on cutover readiness and live execution status• Ensure a clean handover into hypercare and BAU, including outstanding items and known risks • Guide and direct Cutover Specia
