Customer engagements :
 Own the Customer engagement for Implementation of ETP solutions and ensure that solution that is delivered is aligned to customer requirements
 Engage at the presales stage for Solution map finalisation, effort estimation and providing a vision to the customer on how the onboarding and implementation will happen . Client Discovery and Needs Assessment:
 Conduct in-depth consultations with enterprise clients to understand their business processes, goals, and challenges.
