The Role
Administer, configure, and maintain the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, including Runtime Manager, API Manager, Exchange, CloudHub, Runtime Fabric, and other platform components as applicable.
Deploy, manage, monitor, and troubleshoot Mule applications across Development, QA, UAT, and Production environments.
Perform platform upgrades, patching, migrations, backup, recovery, and disaster recovery activities.
Administer and support Managed File Transfer (MFT) solutions, ensuring secure and reliable file exchanges.
Monitor platform health,



application performance, and system availability using enterprise monitoring tools.
Implement security best practices, including SSL/TLS, certificates, authentication, authorization, and API security policies.
Automate routine administrative and operational tasks using scripting.
Work closely with integration developers, infrastructure teams, security teams, and application owners to resolve production issues.
Participate in incident, problem, and change management activities following ITIL processes.
Create and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and knowledge articles.
Provide production support and participate in 24x7 rotational shift and on-call support as required.
