Role Overview We are looking for a dynamic Solutions professional with solid experience in Card Issing and Cross-Border Payment ecosystems to drive the global expansion of RuPay International. This role will focus on deploying end-to-end issuing and acceptance stacks in international markets. The ideal candidate will own the end-to-end solutioning, design, and execution lifecycle, working closely with global partners, issuers, processors, and internal teams to deliver scalable payment solutions. Key Responsibilities 1. Solutioning & Partner Engagement • Lead early-stage discussions with internal stakeholders and international partners (Central banks, processors, networks) to understand requirements. • Drive solution design workshops for RuPay International issuing stack deployments in foreign markets. • Own client interactions for card issuing and acceptance use cases. 2. End-to-End Solution Ownership • Define solution architecture, scope, timelines, and delivery plans for international deployments. • Ensure seamless integration across issuer processors, schemes, APIs,



and settlement systems. 3. Cross-Border Payments Expertise • Analyze and design payment flows involving: o Card issuing (authorization, clearing, settlement) o FX conversion and multi-currency handling o Cross-border settlement cycles and reconciliation • Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks (India + destination market). 4. Technical Solution Design • Translate business requirements into detailed solution designs and API-based architectures. • Design integrations with issuers, acquirers, payment processors, switches, and global networks. • Provide clear articulation of technical workflows to non-technical stakeholders. 5. Program Execution & Coordination • Work cross-functionally with product, technology, operations, risk, and compliance teams. • Manage dependencies, risks, and ensure timely go-live in international markets. • Track and monitor implementation metrics: o Transaction success ra
