Franklin Templeton is seeking an Enterprise Data Advisor (EDA) to serve as the primary bridge between the lines of business and the Enterprise Data Office, establishing a shared understanding of data across the organization, educating teams on available data assets, and ensuring Franklin Templeton data is governed, trusted, and usable at scale. The role connects business users, data owners, technology platforms,



and governance standards to enable effective data adoption and regulatory grade data quality. The EDA works across programs and initiatives to guide teams away from legacy and manual data practices toward secure, well defined, and authoritative enterprise datasets while aligning data quality controls to business criticality and collaborating with Data Stewards, Data Owners, Data Producers, and Data Consumers.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for establishing standards, guidelines, and processes used to maintain common, firm wide data standards to protect FTI’s critical information assets.
Develops, maintains, and implements strategies that increase the consistency/confidence of data used for decision making, improving knowledge firm wide.
Facilitate delivery of data driven solutions for assigned LOB (Line of Business).
Participate in data and analytics projects for assigned LOB.
