About the Role
We are seeking an experienced HubSpot CRM Administrator to support our Sales and Marketing teams by optimizing the use of HubSpot across the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for administering the HubSpot platform, maintaining CRM data integrity, improving sales processes, and driving user adoption through training and coaching.
This is a hands-on role requiring a strong understanding of HubSpot's CRM architecture, automation capabilities, and sales pipeline management.
The ideal candidate will work closely with Sales leadership to ensure HubSpot is configured and utilized effectively to maximize productivity and data quality.
Key Responsibilities
Administer, configure, and maintain the HubSpot CRM platform.
Design, implement, and optimize sales pipelines, lead management processes, and automated workflows.
Maintain the integrity of CRM data by identifying and resolving duplicate records, incomplete information, and data quality issues.
Conduct regular audits of leads, contacts, companies, deals, tasks, and workflows to ensure accuracy and compliance with best practices.
Monitor pipeline progression and identify opportunities to improve sales process adherence and CRM utilization.
Partner with Sales leadership to coach and train users on effective HubSpot usage and CRM best practices.
Recommend and implement continuous improvements to workflows, automation, reporting, and overall CRM effectiveness.
