What would you do? Process incoming requests received through emails, Service Now or any other application. These requests include resolving and/or completing service requests and working collaboratively with the team members,



HR & Payroll team. Execute the complete scope of Case management - Leave of Absence services across internal teams and external service providers in managing the Leave process from system updates to approval of leaves or managing return to work using the guiding principles applicable for each region through accurate document collation and process and policy adherence . Ensure alignment of delivery to strategic HR and business objectives. Drive initiatives, using benchmarks and best practices
What are we looking for? Need to have minimum of 3 plus years of work experience in Leave of Absence Prior experience of handling policy discussion calls on FMLA, HIPAA & ADA is a must Need to have prior experience with the following applications: Workday & Service Now Leave & Absence Administration MS Office Workday & Service Now US Regulations on LOA & Accommodation
