Roles & Responsibilities: Role Summary:The Test Manager is responsible for defining and executing the end-to-end testing strategy for finance transformation programs.



The role ensures that system functionality, integration, and data quality meet business requirements before deployment, while overseeing defect and incident management, governance, resourcing, and stakeholder communication.
Strategy and Governance:• Establish the overall testing strategy, methodology, and standards for the transformation projects• Define quality gates, acceptance criteria, and quality metrics• Create standardized testing frameworks, templates, and playbooks aligned with DSV ways of working• Accountable for testing and defect & incident management deliverables• Ensure testing and defect & incident management activities comply with regulatory requirements, audit standards, and corporate governance policies• Support in identification and mitigation of strategic testing and incident management risks
