What would you do? We are looking for a diligent and technically sound Quantity Surveyor to deliver accurate quantity take-offs, support the preparation of Bills of Quantities (BoQs),



and maintain the highest standards of measurement integrity for construction projects in the UK and Europe. The role involves collaboration with senior QS professionals and mentoring junior staff to ensure quality output across all deliverables.Manages the full lifecycle of large-scale infrastructure and capital assets, from strategic planning and engineering to construction, operations, and compliance.Quantity Surveying manages costs in construction by estimating, budgeting, and controlling project expenses.
What are we looking for? • Proficient in digital take-off and measurement tools such as CostX, Autocad, or Mudshark.• Sound understanding of RICS measurement standards (NRM2, SMM7, CESMM4).• Advanced knowledge of construction drawings, materials, and project documentation.• Solid skills in MS Excel, formulas, and project data organization.??
