Summary:
The Business Systems Analyst – Data & Integrations plays a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. This role involves gathering, analysing, and documenting business requirements, and working closely with stakeholders to ensure that the solutions meet the business objectives. Being in our data & integrations function, you will play a critical role in supporting and enabling our data warehousing,

Key Responsibilities:
Requirements Gathering
Collaborate with global business stakeholders from across the organization (e.g. sales, marketing, customer enablement, finance) to gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements for gathering and mapping data from disparate sources (e.g. different CRMs, ERPs or downstream applications) for system integrations and centralised reporting. Understanding the different insights needed for different business areas.
Data Literacy
Demonstrate deep technical fluency, data literacy, and sharp commercial awareness to map out how data flows, transforms, and is presented across enterprise systems.
Work with internal and external stakeholders to pull data together from multiple sources, to gain deeper insights, and guide them to “put data first” to improve our analytical capabilities.
