Own and drive the Sentinel product roadmap and feature prioritisation.
Gather, analyse, and translate customer requirements into product specifications and user stories.
Collaborate with Engineering, AI, QA, and Design teams to deliver high-quality product releases.
Lead product demonstrations, discovery workshops, and solution presentations for enterprise customers.
Design customer-centric solutions aligned with business requirements.
Support enterprise sales by preparing RFPs, RFIs, PoCs, security questionnaires, and solution proposals.
Act as the product subject matter expert during customer engagements.
Build and maintain strong relationships with UK and international enterprise customers.
Drive customer onboarding, product adoption, and ongoing customer success initiatives.
Liaise with customers, Sales, Engineering, AI, and Leadership teams to ensure successful product delivery.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify emerging industry trends.
Research AI, Risk Intelligence, KYC/KYB, AML, Financial Crime, and Continuous Monitoring technologies.




Recommend innovative product enhancements based on customer feedback and market insights.
Monitor product performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Deliver product training and enablement sessions for internal teams and customers.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in Product Management, Solutions Consulting, Enterprise Pre-Sales, or a similar role.
Strong understanding of KYC, KYB, AML, Financial Crime, Risk Intelligence, and Continuous Monitoring.
Experience working with SaaS products and enterprise software solutions.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Robust presentation, stakeholder management, and solution design skills.
Experience writing Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories, and functional specifications.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environment
