Role
The job requires working for a Private Equity Fund Administration. PEFA provides third-party clients with comprehensive administration, financial accounting, and investor reporting services for their funds.
This is a supervisory role which is responsible for managing a Fund administration process for Private equity,



including conducting the performance management process. Establish goals/objectives for the team and monitors to ensure the timely and accurate completion of all related tasks.
Core skills and competencies required
Solid accounting / financial services/ Private equity work experience or equivalent knowledge
Sound knowledge on Investran accounting tool includes report wizard, data exchange portal, Journal posting etc
Demonstrate through examples /evidence of strong operations knowledge including secondary review & controls, risks & mitigation
Demonstrate through examples /evidence day to day team management, mentor/coach team members and sharing feedback
Demonstrate through examples /evidence analytical ability, problem solving, and escalation of issues
Intermediate proficiency of MS Office specifically Excel and PowerPoint
Demonstrate through examples /evidence excellent written and verbal language sk
