Under direct supervision, the OTC Process Specialist supports the Chance to Cash (OTC) value stream and function which includes end to end business processes for relieving and processing sales to fulfillment and invoicing for goods/services.
This role will work in Business Development (Pricing and Contracts or Proposals and Quotes) or Operations (Sales Order Management or Invoicing).
The incumbent creates, edits, manages and validates OTC internal and customer data and system documents with attention to details, accuracy and timeliness.
Communicates with team and internal clients. Provides peer training to new team members. Takes an active part in the continuous improvement process.
Promotes and complies with all applicable safety and environmental procedures and regulations.
A high school diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year of experience working in a professional office environment are required.
A Bachelors Degree in Business and previous experience working in the oil and gas industry, specifically in business development, field operations, or field engineering are preferred.
Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities:
The contract management team member will be involved in creation / renewal / amendment of the contracts / price agreements in Compass BD / Sales force tool based on the request received from Business development team.
Ensure contracts and price agreements are updated / renewed / amended based
Update materials on the contracts as per the request from business development team
Co-ordinate with business development team for necessary documents update the contr
