Requirements:
As a Workday Benefits Consultant, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of Workday’s Benefits Solution.
Certification in Workday Benefits is a must.
You will provide Workday product, subject-matter, and implementation expertise; and work with partners to understand their business requirements and help configure and test the derived solutions.
In-depth knowledge of how advantages plan such as retirement plans (403b) are setup in benefits/payroll functional areas.
You will work effectively individually and with team members toward customer satisfaction and success.
