Job Overview

We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Junior Demand Generation Specialist to support enterprise lead generation and pipeline development initiatives across global markets.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in B2B lead generation, outbound marketing, campaign execution, prospect research,



and marketing automation. This role will work closely with Marketing, SDR, and Sales teams to generate qualified leads, support account-based marketing initiatives, and contribute to revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

Demand Generation & Lead Generation

Support execution of demand generation campaigns across multiple channels.
Identify and research target accounts, decision-makers, and buying committees within enterprise organizations.
Build and maintain prospect lists aligned with Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs).
Assist in generating Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) through outbound and inbound programs.
Support Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives targeting enterprise accounts.
