Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Assurance Test Engineer(Manual and Automation). You will be instrumental in upholding software quality across all stages of development, focusing on robust automated testing solutions. This role requires a proactive,



adaptable team player who can successfully drive automation best practices and technical implementation.

Key Responsibilities and Main Accountabilities
Automation Strategy & Execution: Design, implement, and maintain comprehensive automated test scripts for various processes, including regression, end-to-end, smoke, sanity, and complex calculations/payroll testing.
Testing Coverage: Develop and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts for complex software systems.
Quality & Defect Management: Continuously monitor automated test suites, analyze test results, and troubleshoot defects in real-time. Collaborate with development teams for swift resolution.
Framework Management: Configure and maintain test environments and automation frameworks, and collaborate with technical leads to evaluate and implement recent test automation tools.
