About the Role

Hiteshi Infotech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of enterprise software development projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in IT services and hands-on experience managing web, mobile application, and custom software development projects.

This role requires a proactive leader who can manage multiple projects simultaneously, mentor

Technical Leads and cross-functional teams, build strong client relationships, and ensure successful project delivery while maintaining the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

● Lead end-to-end planning, execution, governance, and successful delivery of multiple software development projects.

● Manage web, mobile application, custom software, and enterprise application development projects simultaneously.

● Collaborate with Sales and Solution Teams during estimation, effort analysis, proposal reviews, and project planning activities.

● Validate project scope, assumptions, dependencies, and delivery feasibility before project kickoff.

● Participate in post-sales discussions and client handover meetings to understand project scope, clarify requirements, provide delivery inputs, and ensure a seamless transition from Sales to Project Execution.

● Understand client requirements and translate them into well-defined project plans,

timelines, milestones, and deliverables.

● Lead, mentor, and guide Technical Leads and cross-functional development teams to achieve high performance.

● Own client relationships by conducting regular meetings, providing project updates,

managing expectations, gathering feedback,



and ensuring high customer satisfaction

(CSAT).

● Plan and manage project timelines, resource allocation, budgets, scope, risks,

dependencies, and escalations.

● Drive delivery excellence by implementing Agile, Scrum, and SDLC best practices while promoting continuous process improvement.

● Define and maintain project governance frameworks including sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives, steering committee meetings, and delivery governance

● Manage change requests, scope creep, impact analysis, approvals, and communication with clients.

● Monitor project health, track milestones, budgets, quality metrics, and overall delivery performance.

● Identify project risks proactively and implement mitigation plans to ensure timely delivery.

● Maintain comprehensive project documentation, MIS reports, meeting minutes, status reports, and governance records.

● Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve delivery processes, team efficiency,

and operational excellence.

● Monitor project financial performance, utilization, profitability, and ensure effective resource utilization.

● Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, within budget, and aligned with business objectives.

Required Qualifications & Skills

● 10+ years of experience in Project Management or Delivery Management within an IT

Services company.

● Proven experience managing enterprise software development projects involving web,

mobile applications,



and custom software solutions.

● Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

● Strong leadership experience managing Technical Leads, Project Teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.

● Excellent client-facing communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and presentation skills.

● Robust understanding of Agile, Scrum, SDLC, project governance, delivery management,

and risk management.

● Experience in project planning, resource management, budgeting, scheduling, and delivery tracking.

● Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps,

ClickUp, Trello, or similar platforms.

● Excellent analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills.

● Strong focus on delivery excellence, business outcomes, and customer satisfaction.

Preferred Qualifications

● PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, Agile, or equivalent project management certification is an added advantage.

● Experience managing large cross-functional teams and enterprise-scale software projects.

● Experience working with international clients and globally distributed teams.

● Exposure to AI-driven solutions, cloud technologies, or digital transformation projects will be an added advantage.

● Experience in IT consulting or client-facing service delivery environments is preferred.
