Job Title : Lead ServiceNow Tester

Experience Range

8+ Years (5+ years of relevant ServiceNow Testing experience with proven Test Lead experience)

Hiring Location : Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune, Noida, Kochi & Trivandrum

Must-Have Skills

- 8+ years of experience leading testing activities for enterprise applications, with strong experience in ServiceNow Testing.
- Proven experience coordinating testing across multiple vendors/delivery partners.
- Robust expertise in:
- Test Planning & Governance
- Test Coordination
- Test Strategy
- Quality Assurance

- Extensive experience managing:

- System Integration Testing (SIT)
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Defect Management
- Go-Live Readiness Assessments

- Hands-on experience testing ServiceNow applications, including:

- IT Service Management (ITSM)
- Configuration Management Database (CMDB)
- Vulnerability Response

- Experience validating integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise applications.
- Experience testing integrations with security and vulnerability management platforms such as:

- Qualys
- Wiz

- Strong experience in:

- Defect Tracking & Triage
- Test Reporting
- Quality Metrics
- Test Sign-off Documentation

- Familiarity with ServiceNow integration testing and end-to-end business process validation.
- Understanding of Agile delivery methodologies and ServiceNow release management.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Good-to-Have Skills

- Experience with ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF).
- Experience with other ServiceNow test automation tools and frameworks.
- ISTQB Foundation or Advanced Level Certification.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
- Knowledge of ITIL best practices.
- Experience preparing executive-level quality dashboards and test governance reports.

Key Responsibilities





- Lead and govern end-to-end testing activities across multiple ServiceNow implementation partners.
- Define and manage the overall test strategy, test plans, and quality governance framework.
- Review supplier test plans, test cases, execution results, and ensure complete test coverage.
- Coordinate and oversee System Integration Testing (SIT) across multiple vendors.
- Define and execute cross-functional integration test scenarios covering end-to-end business processes.
- Validate ServiceNow integrations with enterprise and security applications.
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business stakeholders and SMEs.
- Manage the complete defect lifecycle, including logging, prioritization, assignment, tracking, and resolution.
- Facilitate defect triage meetings and provide visibility into defect trends, risks, and mitigation plans.
- Produce sprint-level test execution reports, quality metrics, and go-live readiness assessments.
- Coordinate testing sign-offs with business and technical stakeholders.
- Identify testing risks and recommend mitigation strategies to ensure successful production deployments.
- Collaborate with project teams, business users, and implementation partners to deliver high-quality ServiceNow solutions.
