- 5+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow Development and Administration with enterprise-scale implementations.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, configure, and implement scalable ServiceNow platform solutions.
- Lead CMDB architecture, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Implement and operationalize CSDM across business applications, technical services,



service offerings, and foundation data.
- Design and maintain CI classes, relationships, lifecycle states, reconciliation rules, and data quality processes.
- Configure and improve CMDB Health, compliance, completeness, correctness, and certification.
- Develop enterprise integrations using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, MID Server, Service Graph Connectors, and ETL.
- Build and maintain custom applications, workflows, business rules, client scripts, and Flow Designer automations.
- Implement platform security, ACLs, roles, and secure integration practices.
- Monitor platform performance, scalability, technical debt, and upgrade readiness.
- Conduct code reviews, provide technical leadership, and mentor developers.
- Collaborate with business, infrastructure, security, and governance teams to deliver enterprise ServiceNow solutions.
- Stay updated with ServiceNow platform releases, CMDB/CSDM best practices, and emerging capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, configure, and implement scalable ServiceNow ITOM solutions.
- Develop and enhance ServiceNow capabilities across Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Cloud Management, and Orchestration.
- Design and implement workflow automation using Flow Designer and ServiceNow scripting.
- Configure and maintain Discovery schedules, MID Servers, credentials, and Service Mapping.
- Ensure CMDB data integrity through effective discovery, reconciliation, and dependency mapping.
- Configure Event Management rules, correlation, event processing, and service health dashboards.
- Develop and maintain integrations with enterprise infrastructure, monitoring, cloud, and management platforms using REST APIs, IntegrationHub, and Web Services.
- Troubleshoot platform, integration, and automation issues while optimizing system performance and scalability.
- Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and ensure adherence to ServiceNow development standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with ITSM, Infrastructure, Cloud, DevOps, Security, and Architecture teams to deliver enterprise ServiceNow solutions.
- Maintain technical documentation and support continuous improvement through adoption of new ServiceNow ITOM capabilities.
