Job Title :Lead Analyst / Tele caller Job Summery :We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Lead Analyst / Tele caller to handle lead generation, customer communication, follow-ups, and lead management activities. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, the ability to understand customer requirements, and the confidence to convert leads into potential opportunities.

Key Responsibilities :Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain company products/services. Generate and qualify leads through calls, online sources, and database follow-ups. Understand customer requirements and provide suitable information.

Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and update lead status. Manage and maintain customer details in CRM or Excel records. Coordinate with the sales team regarding qualified leads and updates. Analyze lead performance and prepare daily/weekly reports.

Handle customer queries professionally and provide timely responses. Achieve assigned calling and lead conversion targets. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Required





Skills:Good verbal communication skills. Strong convincing and negotiation skills. Basic knowledge of MS Excel and documentation. Ability to handle multiple leads and follow-ups. Positive attitude with good listening skills. Basic analytical and reporting skills. Customer-focused approach. Qualification:Any Degree experienced candidates can apply.

Experience: 6 Month To 1yr years of experience in Tele calling, Lead Generation, Customer Support, Sales Coordination, or similar roles.

Preferred Skills : Experience in handling customer databases. Knowledge of CRM tools. Ability to analyse lead data and improve conversion.
