Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic, goal-oriented Lead Generation Executive (Fresher) to join our Business Development team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying potential business prospects, conducting market research, and performing cold outreach through email, phone calls, and LinkedIn. This is an entry-level position ideal for fresh graduates eager to launch a career in B2B sales, client acquisition, and corporate business development.

Key Responsibilities

- Market Research & Prospecting: Identify and research potential corporate clients, industry decision-makers, and key stakeholders using tools like LinkedIn, web directories, and online databases.
- Outbound Outreach: Conduct cold calls, email campaigns, and social media outreach (LinkedIn) to introduce company services and initiate conversations with prospects.
- Lead Qualification: Assess prospective clients against target criteria (business size, requirement, budget, and decision-maker authority) to qualify them for the sales pipeline.
- Database Management: Build, update,



and maintain an accurate database of prospect contact details and company profiles in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets or CRM tools.
- Meeting Scheduling: Coordinate and set up qualified discovery calls or product presentations between interested prospects and the senior Business Development team.
- Follow-up & Nurturing: Consistently follow up with prospects who have expressed initial interest to keep them engaged.
- Performance Tracking: Maintain daily logs of outbound calls, emails sent, leads generated, and responses received for regular review with managers.

Key Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or any related field (Fresh graduates are welcome).
- Communication: Strong verbal and written English communication skills; confident tone during outbound telephone calls.
- Technical Aptitude: basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets). Familiarity with LinkedIn or basic CRM concepts is a plus.
- Mindset: High energy, persuasive, resilient against rejection, and eager to learn sales methodologies.
- Time Management: Solid organizational skills with the ability to manage daily outreach quotas and record-keeping effectively.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
