Our Lead Gen

Executives are frontline growth drivers—turning cold prospects into warm pipeline through structured calling, CRM hygiene, and campaign optimization—all while operating in a dynamic, performance-first culture. Role & Responsibilities

- Execute high-volume outbound calling campaigns to qualify and nurture prospects using CRM and dialer tools.
- Deploy multi-touch outreach strategies—calls, emails, LinkedIn messages—to nurture leads across sales stages.
- Log all interactions, track conversion metrics, and maintain lead status accuracy in CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce).
- Collaborate with Marketing to refine lead scoring, messaging, and campaign targeting for higher conversion.
- Attend daily huddles, share best practices, and rapidly implement feedback to boost call-to-meeting conversion rates.




- Meet or exceed KPIs: daily call volume, connect rate, qualified lead count, and demo booking targets.

Skills & Qualifications

- Must-Have
- CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho)
- Outbound calling & cold prospecting
- Lead qualification & BANT framework
- Multi-channel outreach (email, LinkedIn, call)
- Call scripting & objection handling
- Google Sheets / Excel (basic data entry & tracking)
- Performance tracking & KPI management
- Basic understanding of B2B sales cycles
- Preferred
- Experience in SaaS, EdTech, or Fintech verticals
- Familiarity with dialers (Kixie, Aircall, Groove)
- Comfort with working in high-volume, target-driven environment
