We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Lead Generation Executive / Business Development Manager (BDM) with 24 years of proven experience in IT/Tech services. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in generating qualified leads, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and generate new business opportunities through online research, LinkedIn, cold calling, email campaigns, and other lead generation methods.
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects and clients in the Tech/IT services domain.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing team to execute lead generation campaigns.
- Engage with potential clients to understand their requirements and propose relevant IT service solutions.
- Schedule meetings, product demos, and follow-ups with qualified prospects.
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly lead generation and revenue targets.
- Maintain and update CRM with accurate prospect/client information.
Required Skills Qualifications
- 24 years of experience in Lead Generation / Business Development in a Tech/IT Services company.
- Solid knowledge of IT services such as software development, cloud solutions, digital transformation, or similar.
- Proven ability to generate qualified leads and convert them into business opportunities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.) is a plus.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
