Finvise is a financial advisory firm based in Trivandrum providing GST compliance, monthly financial reporting (MIS), bank loan documentation, and Virtual CFO services to MSMEs across Kerala. Our clients include businesses in retail, fashion, real estate, IT, and food processing.

Role Overview:

We are hiring a field executive to build our client pipeline through direct outreach to business owners in Trivandrum. This is a front-line role — you will be making calls, visiting businesses, and booking meetings for our founding team. You are not expected to close deals or explain technical services. Your job is to open doors.

Responsibilities:

- Make 30+ outbound calls daily to business owners
- Identify and reach decision-makers (owners, partners, directors)
- Qualify prospects based on business size, current accounting setup, and interest level
- Schedule and confirm meetings between qualified prospects and our founder
- Conduct in-person visits to businesses in assigned areas if required
- Update the CRM/call log daily with call outcomes, follow-ups, and meeting status
- Follow up with prospects who requested callbacks

Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in field sales, insurance agency (LIC/HDFC Life/SBI Life), bank DSA, loan sourcing, or any B2B outreach role
- Fluent in Malayalam and English (Hindi is a plus)
- Confident and qualified phone presence
- Comfortable with daily rejection — this is a numbers game
- Own two-wheeler with valid licence

- Existing network of small business contacts in Trivandrum
- Prior experience in CA firm or financial services marketing

Compensation Structure:
- Fixed base: ₹8,000 – ₹10,000/month
- Fuel Assistance: ₹1,500 per month
- Telephone Reimbursement: ₹299 per month
- ₹200 per qualified meeting booked and attended
- ₹2,000 signing bonus per new client onboarded
- 15% of first month’s client fee upon payment receipt
- 10% retention bonus on Month 3 client fee
- No cap on incentives

We value consistent daily effort over occasional big wins. Weekly activity targets are tracked and reviewed every Friday. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting people, thrives on targets, and wants to earn based on results rather than sit behind a desk.

Pay: ₹9,800.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
