Job Summary :

We are looking for a highly skilled Lead Full Stack AI Developer to drive the design, development, and delivery of next-generation AI-powered products. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in full-stack product development, up-to-date JavaScript technologies, and AI-assisted development practices.

In this role, you will lead the development of scalable, cloud-native applications, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and build intelligent products leveraging the latest AI technologies and engineering best practices.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of AI-enabled full-stack applications.
- Architect and build scalable, high-performance web applications using modern JavaScript technologies.
- Develop robust backend services and REST/GraphQL APIs using Node.js and TypeScript.
- Build responsive and intuitive user interfaces using React.js.
- Design and implement microservices-based architectures for enterprise-scale applications.
- Leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve engineering productivity and software quality.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, UX Designers, and Engineering teams to deliver high-quality product features.
- Write clean, reusable,



and maintainable code following industry best practices.
- Conduct code reviews, mentor development teams, and drive technical excellence.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
- Participate in architecture discussions, sprint planning, and technical decision-making.
- Stay updated with emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and modern software engineering practices.

Required Skills:

- 7 to 14 years of experience in Full Stack Product Development.
- Strong hands-on experience with: TypeScript, Node.js, React.js, GraphQL.
- Expertise in designing and developing Microservices-based applications.
- Experience building scalable SaaS or enterprise-grade products.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, GraphQL APIs, and backend architecture.
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, or similar AI coding platforms.
- Strong knowledge of software design principles, design patterns, and clean architecture.
- Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile development methodologies.
- Excellent debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
